(or as I call it;  "The Middle Eastern Peanut Butter!" 😁)

Hey there, πŸ€— health enthusiasts! 
Today, I am beyond excited to share one of my absolute favorite items in my daily menu, right after bananas - tahini! Growing up in the Middle East, tahini has always been a staple in my diet, much like peanut butter for many others. 1. Nutritional Powerhouse:
Tahini is a creamy paste made from ground sesame seeds, also known as sesame butter. It is packed with essential nutrients, including protein, healthy fats, fiber, vitamins (B vitamins, vitamin E), and minerals (calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc). For all my fellow vegans and plant-based warriors, tahini is a fantastic source of plant-based protein. Just two tablespoons of this incredible paste contain around 8 grams of protein, making it an excellent addition to any meal or snack. (Side note, you should be aware that it does follow with high level of fats, HOWEVER, healthy ones, I'm trying to point, it is not "clean protein")
