In the pursuit of a healthy life, we strive for balance, aim to maintain our health, and seek happiness within ourselves and our daily lives.
While achieving this may seem straightforward, many of us face regular challenges in doing so. We often hide behind our screens, offering advice and sharing personal stories in an attempt to guide others. Yet, when we delve deeper, we find that issues such as obesity, depression, lack of joy, stress, and anxiety persist.

According to the Google Dictionary:
- Well: in a good or satisfactory way.
- Ness: denoting a state or condition.
Begin by asking yourself: What does "well" mean to you? How does it feel? And how will your "ness" align with your definition of "well"?
To clarify, when I discuss self-reflection, I’m not referring to self-judgment or negative self-talk. Rather, it involves observing your inner dialogue as if you are an impartial listener, perched on a podium, listening to the conversation between your own "me," "myself," and "I." This kind of reflection can lead to greater insights and deeper understanding.
With love and gratitude,
