As a child, I vividly remember, sitting in the back of my parents car, driving past highways lined with fruit trees, mostly oranges, creating a seemingly endless orchard. Today, as I reflect on those scenes, I recognize the beauty and power of repetition.
Just as a farmer plants the same type of seeds, year after year, and carefully nurtures them with tender loving care, your journey toward wellness should follow a similar path.
You may not typically consider yourself akin to a piece of land, but your body is indeed a version of it. Whatever you plant—whether mentally, emotionally, or physically—determines what your body and mind will ultimately yield.
Identify the seeds you wish to plant regularly, and continue to nurture them until they become as ingrained in your life as trees in a field.
Allow this practice to work its magic.
