When in doubt, ask more questions. You know the feeling when sometimes you are not sure if something is good for you or not? Or when sometimes you know it is “bad” for you but still hesitating if you should do it or not.
Well, here is a great tool that is helping me for many years on my journey to healthy living.
3 simple questions that you can ask yourself:
- Is it going to make me feel good? Not necessarily at the moment of doing, but later, am I going to feel good about it or with it.
- Is it going to make me think good thoughts? Is this going to make you think highly of yourself, are you going to be guilt free with this action.
- Is it something I’d like to repeat regularly? Doing this will make me want to do it over and over.
