Most conversations about weight loss or healthy living normally involved or around; eat healthy, eat clean, drink water, excercise or be more active, and yes, it is a huge part of a being healthy or feeling healthy.
But I must say, to my own opinion and based on my own experience, the beginning of being healthy, eating healthy, drinking healthy, sleeping healthy, the beginning for all of that is:
THINKING HEALTHY.
You can eat clean and drink water and sleep well and yet, not really feeling the best of yourself.
Thinking healthy could be our jump-start to improve our well-being. Thinking healthy is the key to your physical success.
Lift yourself up with every thought you hold. Embrace your mental challenges to create a better version of your own.
