Today was one of those days that I earned another amazing revelation. I was with one of my clients and the person had a rough morning, and I was myself, high demanding teacher which resulted the person to keep saying, I cannot do it. well, more like yelling at me ;). at the beginning I remember hearing or seeing somewhere that every “I can’t” start with I can and I almost used it on my client, but I it felt partially complete. so I didn’t.
So I kept thinking to myself during the session and my client kept saying I cannot. which led me to the result of:
I cannot = I Can.N.OT
I Can Nail it Over Time
Honestly, This sentence gave me one of the biggest “mental exhales” since it can help all of us remembering, that we may won’t be able to something at a moment, doesn’t mean we should give up and won’t do it OVER TIME with the proper practice, planning and attitude.
So next time you think I CANNOT, please remember to break that sentence to: I Can Nail It Over Time.

With Love & Gratitude
Ilan Halfon.
