Here Is The Fastest Way To Reach Your Wellness Goal!

All of us are on a search for the fastest way to reach our goals. We are constantly looking for the magic pill, wand, potion or whisper, believe/faith whatever goal it maybe.

The fastest we can get it the better it will be.

So I am happy to proudly announce that after 30 years of searching, testing, trying, questioning, interviewing, I finally found it, YES, you read it well. I finally found the FASTEST WAY, I actually believe there is no other way then this fast track.

The fast track requires the 5 elements of magic mentioned above:

  • Magic Pill – SET YOUR MIND this is the moment you set your mind, this is the moment you finally understand the real reason you desire your goal. Why you want what you do, what are you willing to sacrifice for it, to make it easier, I normally tend to look at this one, who are you willing to sacrifice today for the new you of the next moment?  A magic pill is a creation of a new person, because the person who is striving to reach a place will never be the same person once reaching her/his point.
  • Wand – SET YOUR RULES, PRECEPTS This is the one that cuts all habits that cannot work with where you wish to get, this is to practice your self-discipline, to practice new habits, to be persistent with your practice, to show up to your own “training”, and let me tell you, it is a long hard, frustrating way, BUT, only in our mind, only because you probably will look at it from the same mind you regularly function, luckily you took the magic pill and now you find synchronization between the pill and your wand.
  • Potion – MAKE HEALTHY CLEAN FOOD I know it sounds crazy, but what you eat and drink has a huge influence on how you think, feel, and be, so make sure you make yourself the best high nutrient clean hydrating potions.
  • Whisper – SPEAK KINDLY this is one heck of important part of the fast track, you must speak kindly to yourself, respect yourself, motivate yourself, compliment yourself, be a good loving friend to yourself.
  • Believe / Faith – HAVE FAITH IN YOUR BELIFES I didn’t say have faith in yourself, I would have if I thought by now you already hold a new sets of beliefs and values that are part of the new you, but it takes time, it takes practice, it requires much more than reading a post or two, and as long as you understand that you BELIEVE to whatever story you tell yourself, than I know you understand that something must change, either the story you tell yourself, or the values and beliefs that keeps you holding on to this story.

Now you have it, now you have the secret and fastest way to get your goals achieved. And trust me when I say; there is no faster way than this one.

Set your mind, change the story, practice your new story, and shuffle your values and beliefs.

With Love & Gratitude Ilan Halfon

No Pain No Gain

We all heard the term: “No Pain No Gain”, I use it quite often with myself, sometimes even with my trainees. However, I am not sure people actually understand the meaning of it. We tend to confuse between pain of stupidity to pain of wisdom, between the physical pain of hard work to the pain of a fracture or a nerve. The pain of a fracture might be to signal us that we are on the wrong path. A pain of a nerve could try to say that maybe we are pushing too much, a pain of stupidity could be when you think you should jump higher than you ever practice for or before, or when you just go for a marathon run when you never run for 10 km in a row. All those versions of pain could not be and should not be part of that statement. Believe me when I say, that it is more painful to push through mentally when a thing seems statics then physically when you can feel the wrong pain. It is easier to say to yourself “if I don’t feel the physical pain I probably don’t push hard enough”, then to kee...

A Path to True Wellness and Balance

In the pursuit of a healthy life, we strive for balance, aim to maintain our health, and seek happiness within ourselves and our daily lives. While achieving this may seem straightforward, many of us face regular challenges in doing so. We often hide behind our screens, offering advice and sharing personal stories in an attempt to guide others. Yet, when we delve deeper, we find that issues such as obesity, depression, lack of joy, stress, and anxiety persist. So, what’s the key? I believe that self-reflection—practiced often, even daily—can lead us toward our desired goals. The first step is to define your destination: what does wellness truly mean to you? According to the Google Dictionary: Well: in a good or satisfactory way. Ness: denoting a state or condition. However, defining wellness alone isn’t enough to help you reach your aspirations. It requires your personal experiences, objectives, and passions to truly shape it. Begin by asking yourself: What does "well" me...
