Most people when asked what is that they want when it comes to health.
“I Want To Be Healthy”.
However, I’m not sure they even know what that means.
For 20 plus years I’m studying the concept of wellness/healthy lifestyle and so on.
I have learned a lot, but for the most part, I would like to share a valuable lesson. (among many that I learned and still learning).
Being / Living healthy is a non stop evolving journey, where one can find him/herself changing point of views regularly, because we are surrounded by society that constantly dictate for us one way or another.
So, the way I see it, it takes guts to live healthy lifestyle, because even here one must find what rules should be broken and adjusted according to his/her abilities.
So dive in deeper and question everything you read, including my post.
