It is often we hear or declare; if I had… I’ll be happy. Or, ill be happy once ill get… and so on.
We tend to think/believe knowingly or not, that happiness is conditioned to or with something!
But is it?
Is it really where we find happiness?
Don’t know much, and I’m not here to preach. But, if I may share out of my own experience, I would say. NO. THIS IS NOT WHERE WE FIND HAPPINESS.
The way I experience happiness, is when I allow it in. When I remove all conditions, when I clear the path of my thoughts, where I’m simply observing my state of being at any given time, I experience happiness.
It is simply a state of being.
And how is that relevant to your wellness/fitness/weightloss goals. Simple.
It is when you master the journey of the practice itself, it is when you simply implement your system and follow it whole hearted that you allow joy, happiness to enter.
It is relevant because this is how you can remove all frustration all this encouragement of your journey.
