OK, this is not just the recipe on how to blend your Carrot Cake Smoothie, it is about how important it is during this challenging days to eat healthy, even more than “normal” times.
I have talked many times before about the concept; “you are what you eat”, your choices of foods can either elevate you or demote you.
Now, that most of us are isolated in our own homes, probably over consuming news and media, the level of anxiousness and stress are very high. SO every choice you make of what to eat or not to eat, can impact the following moment.
So, I am hoping this smoothie will be one of many elevating meals you will have in this days.

1 large pilled carrot
2 frozen bananas if you don’t have use fresh and add ice
1 mudjule date
1 tea spoon cocoa powder
cinnamon
Tables spoon Almond butter, can use peanut butter instead
Orange juice (squeezed from 1 large orange) fro the ones who don’t like oranges you can use unsweetened vanilla non dairy milk.
